We are fortunate that many schools want to use our product. But one challenge to adoption is onboarding — connecting Padlet to their login systems and training teachers on how to use the product well.
We want to provide a first-class onboarding experience to our customers. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help us with that at our office in Singapore.
Responsibilities

Helping new customers with onboarding tasks.

Putting Padlet in the hands of a billion people. Good onboarding isn't just vibes. It's the difference between whether someone uses our product or not.
