Data Analytics Support Why Join As a Data Analytics Support specialist at OCBC, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that make a real impact. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a collaborative problem-solver who can distill complex data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop targeted solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes. By leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen, you'll help OCBC stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing market. What you do - Provide data analytics support to business stakeholders, including data analysis, reporting, and insights - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy - Develop and maintain data models, databases, and other data management systems Who you are - A degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science - 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Proficient in data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software - A curious and adaptable mindset, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends Who We Are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
