We are searching for the best talent for Customer Experience Solutions Lead Engineer (Full Stack). Purpose: To architect and lead end-to-end supply chain commerce and product solutions, supporting advanced supply chain and enterprise platforms.The Product Technology Lead is a senior technical role responsible for architecting, designing, and leading end-to-end solutions across digital commerce and product platforms. This position focuses on leveraging SAP Commerce, AWS cloud services, and AI-driven capabilities to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business strategy.
As a hands-on technical leader, you will partner closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust, future-ready architectures while promoting technical excellence and innovation.
You will be responsible for:Architect and lead end-to-end solution designs using SAP Commerce, AWS, and AI technologies to support enterprise digital commerce and product platforms
Own overall technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
Drive adoption of cloud-native and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated deployment, and continuous improvement of cloud services.
Embed AI-enabled capabilities such as personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation into commerce and product solutions where they deliver business value.
Ensure solution quality and readiness through architecture reviews, design governance, and oversight of pre-production acceptance testing
Own technical OKRs related to platform stability, cost optimization, performance, and reliability.
Mentor and guide engineering teams by providing technical leadership, architectural direction, and ongoing knowledge sharing.
Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise architecture, AWS-based architectures, and AI-enabled digital platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technology-driven product or platform environments.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, or senior engineering roles, preferably within digital commerce or enterprise platforms.
Strong experience with SAP Commerce or Enterprise Architecture and enterprise implementations.
Proven hands-on expertise designing and delivering solutions on AWS, including core cloud services.
Demonstrated ability to design and own end-to-end solution architectures across application, cloud, and infrastructure layers.
Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience applying AI-driven capabilities such as personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
