Job Description

OVERVIEW:

As the Culture & Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and promoting diversity and inclusion—key components of our company's success and growth.

You will spearhead strategic initiatives aligned with our People strategy, which aims to create an equitable environment where every individual can thrive and contribute their unique perspective.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of People Potential and Organisational Development and collaborate closely with our People team, ERG leaders, and various business stakeholders to enhance our employee experience.

 

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Engagement

  • Execute our organization’s engagement survey to generate insights that will inform better decision-making, enhancing engagement and performance.
  • Hold leaders and managers accountable for engagement by executing team-level action plans.
  • Lead and communicate global initiatives and continue to evolve our engagement strategy with innovative question sets and survey frequencies.
  • Develop a feedback loop with employees that allows them to influence and contribute to our cultural strategy. Support employee-driven initiatives.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Implement our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Plan to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
  • Raise awareness of DEIB issues and lead global celebrations of key DEIB moments (e.g., International Women’s Day, Pride) in partnership with ERGs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to: Provide training and resources that empower leaders to create inclusive workplaces. Embed inclusive practices into our policies and processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Regularly measure progress and outcomes against DEIB goals for continuous improvement.

Culture

  • Design and implement initiatives (across the entire employee lifecycle) that foster a unified culture within Sportradar across all our locations.
  • Partner with the People team, leaders, and Internal Communications to integrate Sportradar Values into processes, policies, and communication.
  • Lead our global engagement initiatives and support local offices in curating engaging workplace experiences that connect our team.
  • Drive Sportradar’s community impact efforts and oversee local community program budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to build global programs or invest in local initiatives from our regional cultures.
  • Work with People Partners to identify and implement culture elements across teams and locations.
  • Collaborate with the M&A team to integrate acquired teams, allowing them to both maintain their identity and align with Sportradar’s global strategy.
  • Contribute to office culture and evolve our working model in a hybrid environment.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

You’ll bring extensive experience in:

  • Implementing engagement surveys (preferably Peakon), communications, and action planning.
  • Leading culture initiatives, including company values, and developing DEIB programs in a global organization.
  • Navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Building strong relationships across all organizational levels with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. Leading change and project management initiatives.
