The Director of Global Access Strategy & Pricing for Vyndaqel leads pricing and market access strategies, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures payer insights are integrated into strategic decisions.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Access Strategy & Pricing (GASP) Director on Vyndaqel will have major accountability to be the country facing colleague collecting insights as well as developing/disseminating key pricing and market access strategies & tactics to international markets. The Vyndaqel GASP director will work cross-functionally with the team to manage the Integrated Value and Access Strategy (IVAS development), and Lifecycle Management (LCM) projects. The role will also assist in helping to evolve the Brand Pricing Policy (BPP) as the brand navigates complex challenges over the coming years. In addition, the role will help to facilitate the GAV Op '26 process as well as interface with key markets during Op '26. Lastly, the director will also help manage operational brand activities including managing weekly AMT calls, monthly COP meetings, email newsletters, budget management, and management of pricing trackers.
The GASP director will partner closely with the cross-functional asset teams and run the Access Matrix Team to help evolve the IVAS (Integrate Value & Access Strategy). The GASP director will partner with local country access colleagues, and help to review local business cases as appropriate. Close collaboration and partnership with HTA Value and Evidence colleagues will be essential in order to evolve Vyndaqel's value narrative and evidence platform. Being proactive, challenging the status quo, and thinking out of the box will be critical for the role.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or related consulting services, with recent experience as in-country access & value, or global pricing/ payer and market access environment

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and communicate Global Payer/HTA insights
- Ensure competitive readiness across key global markets
- Lead the evolution of the the current Vyndaqel Brand Pricing Policy (BPP) that ensure value for payers, patients, physicians & Pfizer
- Lead country workshops for key markets to help evolve Pricing & Market Access Strategy
- Partner with Value & Evidence to identify short term and long-term evidence generation plan
- Identify innovative solutions to help manage future pricing and access complexities
- Partner with Pricing dynamics team to assess IRP impact
- Hold monthly COP meetings for 45 markets, review quarterly newsletter, and send out weekly VYNDAlert communications
- Manage pricing trackers and dashboards
Specifically:
- Provide payer insights to understand/meet the needs of all types of payers in key Pfizer markets and evolve the Access Strategy
- Represent the 'Voice of the Payer' at cross-functional team and governance bodies
- Deliver recommendations relating to price and access strategies, payer strategy, pricing and reimbursement, evidence generation, data collection and value proposition, taking into consideration market archetype and lifecycle considerations
- Provide price and market access input to cross-functional team deliverables to ensure GAV considerations are incorporated into team recommendations at key governance milestones
- Provide Market Access expertise & insights to support internal efforts related to MAx best practices, revenue forecast assumptions, and brand operating plans
- Generate & synthesize payer insights through the creation and maintenance of expertise in payer regulation and priorities across major countries / archetypes across the globe:
- Assessment and communication of external access trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities
- Gather and synthesize feedback for development programs with health technology assessment agencies, payers, and relevant patient associations

- Familiarity with strategic and operating planning processes
- Knowledge and understanding of health economics and associated skills
- Ex-U.S. market access experience preferred
- Experience working on LOE brands a plus although not required
- Experience working on Global IRP management a plus although not required
