As the CTO - Enterprise CSA within the Customer Success Organization Azure team, you will be at the forefront of driving foundational culture, values, and growth mindset across the team. You will apply customer obsession by learning from customers, seeking diverse perspectives, and working together to make a difference. Your leadership will sustain a culture that values respect, integrity, and accountability, ensuring interactions are guided by these principles to achieve personal and collective impact. You'll lead the team to realize customer value faster, earn and scale customer trust, and spearhead AI transformation with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
Deliver solutions in line with company methodologies, ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed to prepare highly complex and impactful customers for operational readiness and achievement of their business goals and targets.Proactively identify, anticipate, and set the foundation with customers for new cross-solution opportunities for consumption, usage, and unified expansion at scale, driving AI innovation and empowering cloud success.Orchestrate, collaborate, and influence across Microsoft and customer or partner teams through on-strategy delivery, achieving customer or partner objectives and increasing satisfaction.Act as an advocate for the customer, sharing strategic and technical feedback with Engineering and Product Offerings teams to influence new or improved solutions and drive actionable insights.Influence and drive technical strategy, fostering relationships with customer C-suite decision makers, and guiding organizations through their adoption and use of Microsoft’s strategy-aligned solutions.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 10+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure Master Architect is highly preferred.  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 15+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 10+ years experience leading technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications
