Own the end-to-end OTC sales cycle for institutional crypto clients: generate leads, pitch liquidity solutions, onboard clients, structure large stablecoin trades, and coordinate with trading, compliance, and legal to ensure compliant execution and revenue growth.
About The Role
The OTC Sales Manager will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to relationship management. You will pitch our liquidity solutions, onboard institutional clients, and structure large-volume stablecoin trades. Working closely with our trading desk, compliance teams, and legal experts, you will ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Your success will directly impact our trading volume, revenue growth, and market penetration in the digital asset space.
What Will You Do
Drive Business Development: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to expand our institutional footprint and market presence.
Source Strategic Accounts: Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), market makers, and institutional trading desks.
Manage Liquidity & Execution: Cultivate deep, long-term liquidity relationships and successfully close large-block trades.
Act as the Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between our institutional clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams.
What We Are Looking For
- OTC/Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks
- Crypto Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed), mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, L2s).
- Institutional/HNWI Network: An active, existing network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or HNWIs is highly preferred.
- Compliance-First Mindset: Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements. You understand how to manage risk without killing the deal.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. You can explain complex settlement flows to other teams clearly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins.
