Job Description
Join our team as Vice President, Market Management and Product Expansion, leading our Cross Currency Solutions across a diverse portfolio of APAC countries. In this senior leadership role, you will drive revenue growth by supporting the planning and forecasting process, ensuring accurate revenue capture, analyzing trends to address challenges, and delivering insightful reporting (MIS) to country stakeholders. You'll monitor pricing and market spreads, collaborate with sales to develop effective strategies, and champion product commercialization through training and positioning of new enhancements.
A core focus of this role is to proactively address regulatory changes across your markets, ensuring our solutions remain fully compliant and ahead of evolving requirements. You'll act as the senior escalation point to resolve complex issues, upskill internal teams, and ensure seamless product delivery for both our colleagues and clients, maintaining operational excellence and delivering on our promise of best-in-class solutions.
You'll partner with local product and sales teams to identify growth opportunities, evolving our suite of cross-border FX products to meet market needs. This includes capturing business requirements, driving prioritization, managing change processes, and working with technology to deliver impactful enhancements. This is a high-visibility role offering strong influence and the opportunity to shape the future of our FX payments business across APAC.
Job responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue management activities, including forecasting, tracking, and ensuring all income streams are accurately recorded and reported to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing data to support the development of competitive strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Drive the adoption and commercial success of FX payment products by equipping sales and client teams with the knowledge and tools needed to position new offerings.
  • Serve as the primary escalation contact for operational, market, and service-related issues, facilitating swift resolution and supporting internal teams.
  • Monitor regulatory developments across APAC, coordinating with compliance and legal teams to ensure all products meet local requirements and standards.
  • Work with country product and sales teams to uncover new opportunities, guiding the evolution and expansion of the FX product portfolio.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans, overseeing prioritization and change management to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
  • Prepare and present management information and performance insights to leadership, supporting strategic decisions and business growth.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Deep knowledge of cross-border payments and foreign exchange products, with experience managing solutions across multiple APAC markets
  • Experience collaborating with sales, operations, and technology teams to deliver product enhancements and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks
  • Track record of navigating regulatory changes and ensuring ongoing compliance in dynamic market environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive change, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Solid background in foreign exchange (FX), including market trends, currency risk management, and FX product structures.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent experience, with the ability to interpret financial statements and business cases.
  • Experience working with digital payment platforms, ACH solutions, and supporting ecommerce flows into high-growth markets such as China and India.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives in a global organization.
