As we expand our payment infrastructure and cross-border capabilities, we are looking for a results-driven Cross-border Payments Senior Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, secure, and user-centric international payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payment services across remittance, settlement, and currency exchange.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — from market research, requirements gathering, solution design, to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, business development, and operations teams to deliver cross-border payment products that are scalable and regulatory-compliant.
- Analyze customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory environments in key corridors (e.g., Asia, EU, UAE) to identify product opportunities.
- Drive product performance by tracking key metrics (e.g., transaction volume, revenue per corridor, user retention) and executing continuous improvements.
- Engage with partners, payment networks, remittance providers, and settlement banks to build strong ecosystem support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, remittance, payments, or banking; with at least 2 years focused on cross-border or international money movement.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, compliance (AML/KYC), and settlement processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Data-driven mindset; able to interpret data to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAsia or emerging markets.
- Familiarity with blockchain or crypto-based payment rails.
- Experience integrating with third-party PSPs, banks, or global remittance networks.
- Working knowledge of real-time payment systems.
