Team Focus & Role Dynamics
TransUnion International (TU INTL) delivers a robust suite of Credit Risk solutions —including Analytics and Consulting, supporting use-cases such as acquisitions, portfolio management and collections—powered by proprietary and partnered data, technology, and IP. These solutions help businesses better engage, acquire, and manage consumers.
As an Industry Sales Specialist within the International Sales Organization, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling TransUnion’s Credit Risk solutions across targeted verticals and international regions. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to develop and execute account strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with regional and global teams.
You will leverage your deep domain expertise to identify customer needs, deliver impactful solutions, and generate measurable growth. Success in this role hinges on your ability to navigate complex organizations, influence decision-makers, and execute with precision to meet revenue goals.

What You'll Bring:
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk solutions, with a strong background in credit life cycles and banking products. Deep understanding of the Credit Risk functions covering end-to-end credit cycles, scorecards, analytics, regulatory practices, and businesses / emerging trends.
- Strong grasp of challenges and needs within Banking, Fintech, and related lending industries.
- Proven success in B2B and B2B2C channel programs with consistent quota/goal attainment.
- Experience in value-based selling using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on features or price.
- Ability to identify strategic client pain points and develop compelling value propositions.
- Demonstrated client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience in complex contract and legal negotiations.
- Ability to conceptualize, develop, and lead execution of complex solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Consulting experience with internal and external stakeholders across international markets.
- Experience navigating large, complex organizations and identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
- Demonstrated strength in building relationships within a team-selling environment, with a collaborative and supportive approach. Proven ability to interface with C-level executives and build strategic partnerships.
- Established relationships across the credit risk management ecosystem, including regulators, industry bodies, and key stakeholders within the broader credit risk management landscape
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—articulate, persuasive, and engaging.

Sales Strategy & Execution- Drive revenue growth for TransUnion’s Credit Risk solutions across targeted verticals and international markets by executing against strategic sales plans.
- Develop and implement a buyer engagement strategy as a core component of the overall account plan to expand business opportunities.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact and relationship development to solution presentation, contract negotiation, and seamless handoff to client success teams.
- Serve as a solution sales specialist and subject matter expert on TransUnion’s flagship CreditVision products in international markets.
- Build deep expertise in key business challenges to position yourself as a trusted advisor, capable of aligning TransUnion’s solutions with customer needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations that articulate TransUnion’s value proposition, propose tailored solutions, and effectively address objections.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to strengthen relationships with existing customers, including key buyers, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and deepen account penetration.
- Take ownership of client relationships and associated business objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, business-as-usual (BAU) operations, and contract renewals.
- Drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through proactive engagement, consistent communication, and delivery of best-in-class service.
- Partner with the Director of Sales to define and achieve sales growth targets aligned with broader revenue and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including Line of Business teams, Global Solutions SMEs, pre-sales engineers, and account managers—to support complex sales pursuits.
- Gather and share market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with Solutions and Line of Business teams to ensure the Voice of the Customer is reflected in product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
- Champion TransUnion’s culture by promoting open communication, collaboration, and continuous personal development.
- Represent TransUnion at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to build brand presence and foster new opportunities.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM for managing client relationships, tracking sales activities, and supporting account growth.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio to analyze data, create impactful presentations, document processes, and visualize workflows.
