What You'll Bring:
- Ability to develop product solutions in multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to provide thought leadership on business cases, architecture alignment, and delivery approach that influences strategic product roadmap(s) development.
- Ability to conceptualise & refine intent, and direct the execution of complex technology solutions
- Strong understanding of the Agile software development methodology.
- Success in working with cross-functional teams and influence across a matrix organisation to productively drive consensus, develop and deliver customer solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to refine the Program Increment (PI) feature backlog, support strategic planning efforts, and execute tactical activities.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and decompose features into user stories.
- Maintain and prioritise the user story backlog and work with development, architecture/IT, and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of Ready.
- Provide guidance and direction to the technology teams during the development cycle and participate in all scrum ceremonies. Be available and ready to make quick, well informed team-level decisions on behalf of stakeholders and the business.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing, validate if user stories meet the Definition of Done, and accept stories as ‘Done’.
- Work with the scrum team to ensure all tasks are completed and the committed PI objectives are achieved
Impact You'll Make:
- Working with existing customers to understand their needs better and work with Product managers to understand the product strategy, strategic business values and product requirements (including features, functions and information/process flow).
- Able to work through all phases of the product development process – concepts through production.
- Create and Provide high-quality product designs and product directions.
- Create detailed product design specification and production requirement for technology team and vendors to perform product development and all required information for production and future operation.
- Create and manage project timeline/schedule with technology team or vendors. Ensure key milestones and delivery dates are achieved.
- Provide support HK Fraud/DE related solution product planning, tracking and review support including ISG 3YP planning, financial and product performance tracking, and monthly or Adhoc business review material with SLT and Centre team.
- Regular communication and coordination with internal development staff, and factories to ensure that the product development goals are being met for each project.
- Facilitate and drive key technology decisions with senior technology stakeholders
- Predictably deliver results in a fast paced, agile development environment
- Drive architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale enterprise grade products & platforms with technology team.
- Track business impact of features and rely on data to make informed decisions
- Define clear solution intent enabling success for our product teams
- Shepherd product customization and enhancement projects from concept initiation through product delivery engaging cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, legal & compliance, line of businesses, product marketing, partners, sales and operations.
- Work with Product Managers to plan and execute the launch of new products and significant features, taking into consideration any interdependencies
- Develop product documentation and maintain training materials for new products and new features.
- Triage feedback and work to resolve any issues arising from newly released products and features.
- Be a resource with respect to product features and benefits.
