Job Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join Swee Lee Holdings, working closely with Defamer — creative studio brand working across culture, music, and entertainment projects. As part of the wider creative team, you’ll help bring ideas to life across campaigns, communications, content, and live experiences. Much of your work will be delivered through Defamer and its projects, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of brands, clients, and creative briefs. You’ll turn ideas and creative direction into polished, real-world outputs — from visual identities and social content to pitch decks, campaign assets, brand systems, merchandise, and event materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our team to execute ideas, concepts, and creative direction into compelling multimedia content, creative assets, merchandise, and physical products.
  • Support the development of visual identities across digital, social, print, presentation, experiential, and merchandise touchpoints, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Contribute to creative ideation, visual exploration, moodboarding, market research, and trend forecasting to inform creative and product development.
  • Create design assets, presentations, pitch decks, mockups, visualisations, production-ready artwork, and short- and long-form video content across platforms.
  • Drive merchandise design from concept through to production, including product and graphic design, mockups, artwork preparation, specifications, and detailed tech packs.
  • Source and work directly with suppliers and manufacturers, including researching products and materials, obtaining quotations, evaluating production options, and managing costs, MOQs, quality, and timelines.
  • Manage merchandise sampling and production, providing feedback and approvals, troubleshooting production issues, conducting quality control, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams through to final delivery.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of agency experience, preferably in branding, advertising, or design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and physical design, typography, and craft across varying touchpoints.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), short-form video editing tools (e.g. CapCut), as well as Canva and Figma.
  • Can design across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • A digital native with a finger on the pulse of popular culture with awareness of emerging trends in music.
  • Has an interest in music, fashion, culture, entertainment, and brand-building.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Remuneration.
  • Healthcare, Dental & Insurance Programme.
  • Various Leave Benefits e.g., birthday, volunteer, family care, childcare.
  • Long Service Awards.
  • Employee Referral Programme.
  • Gym Membership Discount.
  • Attractive Staff Discount at our academy, purchase of musical instruments and lifestyle products.
