Supports fashion studio operations by organizing wardrobes, props, racks, and workstations; maintaining ledgers and records; packing and unpacking products; processing SKU adjustments and warehouse returns; managing claims and expenses; and improving workflow accuracy and efficiency. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to lift product cartons. Minimum six-month commitment required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take initiative to anticipate studio needs weekly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Standardize workflows and improve studio efficiency
- Implement labelled racks, organized stations, and systematic unpacking/warehouse returns
- Improve accuracy and consistency in tracking wardrobe/props
- Create props ledger for studio, to make sure props are managed well, and ensure old props are refreshed to maintain relevancy
- Packing and unpacking and handling SKU adjustments
- Product returns to warehouse weekly to maintain studio organization
- Update relevant documents for record keeping purposes
- Maintain wardrobe/props library and ledger updates accurately
- Managing of claims and expenses promptly
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to commit minimum of 6 months
- Able to lift loads (carton boxes containing products)
- Ability to pay great attention to detail
- Possess organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, multi-task and possess a positive attitude
