Develops video, playable, and motion graphic ads for mobile game marketing campaigns. Creates concepts, hooks, storyboards, interactions, visuals, and production specifications; collaborates with User Acquisition and Engineering teams; analyzes campaign performance to improve ads; researches audiences, competitors, and market trends; and experiments with AI-assisted production methods.
We’re looking for a Creative Content Designer to develop and produce video and playable ads that drive downloads for our marketing campaigns. You’ll come up with the ideas behind our ads and work closely with our User Acquisition and Engineering teams to bring them to life for a global target audience, mainly in the US and Europe. You’ll keep improving them based on campaign performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop ad concepts, hooks, and storyboards that turn our games’ appeal into short, attention-grabbing ads.
- Produce ads for platforms like AppLovin and Unity, including editing, motion graphics, and variations.
- Design playable ad concepts: define the interaction, flow, and visuals, then hand engineers a clear spec to build.
- Work closely with the User Acquisition team to plan creative tests and understand campaign performance.
- Use results to identify what works, improve existing ads and develop new variations.
- Explore AI tools and production methods to create ads more efficiently.
- Research our target audience, competitor ads and market trends across regions to understand what motivates them to download and play.

- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
