Position Overview
As a Quality Technology & Innovation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Quality 5.0 and piloting advanced digital quality systems / technologies and work processes for CPS greenfield sites. Working hands-on with site teams and project stakeholders, you will bring expert input on quality design, statistical process control (SPC), process parameter limits (PPL), and parametric analysis while spearheading the design, delivery, and validation of robust, future-ready quality work process standards.
Your impact will be realized through piloting new digital quality equipment technology, providing technical leadership on quality requirements at the design and start-up phases, and ensuring seamless translation of digital data into effective quality management practices. You will ensure that each greenfield site benefits from best-in-class quality technology solutions and processes that drive site value and deliver high standards of product safety, process control, and operational excellence from launch.

CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the future state Supply Chain of the Technical Function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 17 different countries.
This role will deliver on Greenfield projects and will join the Global Quality, Environment, Safety team in close collaboration with the Engineering, transformation and automation teams, plant quality teams and other subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
Define & Pilot Quality Work Processes: Lead the design and piloting of standardized quality work processes for new site launches, ensuring alignment to modern manufacturing principles and digital enablement from inception.
Digital Technology Delivery: Champion the introduction, testing, and validation of digital in-line quality monitoring systems, data-driven dashboards, and analytics capabilities tailored for new operations.
Design Input & Technical Capability: Provide critical input during plant and equipment design discussions—including requirements for SPC, process parameter limits, and parametric analysis—to ensure built-in quality management and control.
Develop & Validate Digital Standards: Craft and execute standards for implementing, measuring, and continuously improving digital quality practices and data flows at greenfield sites.
Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with engineering, automation, production, and IT partners to ensure quality requirements are embedded and actionable throughout the design, build, and commissioning phases.
Deliver Quality Data Utilization: Translate digital quality data into actionable insights for site teams by designing dashboards, enabling parametric analysis, and supporting early detection/intervention systems.
Document Lessons Learned: Lead documentation and knowledge capture from site pilots and initial deliveries, refining work process playbooks and digital standards for scalable future application.
Enable Training & Capability: Design and facilitate training on new quality work processes and digital tools, empowering site teams to sustain best-in-class quality performance from start-up onward.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in quality and technology-driven manufacturing projects.
Strong knowledge of food safety, food manufacturing, hygiene standards, and CIP systems.
Experience collaborating on design projects for new sites or production lines, translating quality requirements into technical implementation.
Deep understanding of digital quality monitoring, SPC, and parametric analysis methods.
Expertise in IT/OT integration, data analysis (Power BI, Excel), and dashboard development. Ability to problem solve using TI/OT technology, process large amounts of data, perform data analysis, and report out to company leadership and for effective decision making.
Proven track record developing and piloting standardized quality work processes and digital analytics in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
