Develops and manages laboratory test plans, evaluates product performance, analyzes results, and prepares technical reports. Leads testing projects and serves as the primary customer contact. Reviews samples, selects testing methods, interprets standards, designs and troubleshoots test setups, and maintains laboratory equipment. Trains personnel, drives process improvements, collaborates with engineering teams, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Conducts laboratory tests by examining samples, operating test equipment, interpreting standards and schematics, evaluating results, and preparing reports. Builds and adapts test setups, performs equipment maintenance, recommends solutions, supports method development and validation, trains laboratory staff, and communicates with engineers, clients, and regulatory representatives. Incorporates automation and continuous improvement into testing activities.

Leads network technology and topology strategy across LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud environments. Defines requirements for network planning tools, partners with software engineering, drives automation, establishes performance metrics, analyzes capacity and bottlenecks, and leads optimization initiatives. Builds business cases, supports audit and compliance readiness, and coordinates with regional carriers and service providers to improve network reliability, scalability, and performance.
