We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

Job Description

The Project Controller at BEUMER Group is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and in compliance with financial regulations. This role involves working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Understanding Contract Structure including the key contract commercial points from main contracts/sub contracts and bidding documents
  • Setup Project Progress Report and follow up updates on monthly basis
  • Review procurement plan to monitor material cost on monthly basis
  • Consolidate resource plan of project from each departments and update on monthly basis to monitor internal labor cost
  • Verify the risk calculation in project risk register
  • Project cash flow calculation and invoicing status on monthly basis
  • Regular review on project detail plan to monitor status of material and labor cost
  • Setup the regular finance review meetings with project managers, sub-project managers, scheduler and contract manager
  • Budget review and forecast review meetings with project steering committee

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in accounting/ Finance.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience from a project based environment, finance working experience will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and written/oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications to create reports and present information in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Able to travel to project site if needed
