Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Manage all aspects of procurement-related activities for indirect goods and services, including processing purchase requisitions, creating SAP purchase orders, building and maintaining supplier relationships, contract negotiation, project management, requesting quotes from new and existing suppliers, and performing data analytics to enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with the purchasing process.
• Source, buy, and fulfill orders across all indirect procurement categories.
• Drive low-dollar sourcing activities in accordance with program guidelines, focusing on data-driven results for purchases below $5K by identifying preferred suppliers.
• Promote procurement best practices across KLA.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed of their products and services.
• Prepare and assist internal stakeholders with submitting RFQs or other informational requests to suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and ensure issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing are promptly communicated to suppliers and resolved promptly.
• Understand the vendor master, requisitioning, and purchasing applications/processes and assist internal stakeholders in using them efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team to drive early client engagement.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve process efficiency, procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and cost reduction.
• Work with internal stakeholders and procurement team members to identify synergies and profit optimization opportunities and drive these opportunities to completion.
• Assist in preparing presentations by gathering information, data, and creating visual aids
• Collaborate with the Global Corporate Procurement Organization to enhance process efficiency.
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Prioritize workload effectively to achieve optimal efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
