Job Responsibilities

  • Manage work requests, project timelines and facilitate communications between casino stakeholders. 

  • Serve as primary point of contact to disseminate and communicate project plans to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate closely with Procurement to ensure timely sourcing and purchasing of equipment/material/services in alignment with project timeline and budget. 

  • Raise purchase requests and ensure accurate entry of procurement details in accordance with company policies and budget approvals. 

  • Work with interactive designer to review the accuracy of table layout artwork and coordinate with workshop to ensure that purchase is made in a timely manner. 

  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors on the logistics of purchase, inventory transfers, deliveries to ensure timely arrival and alignment with project schedules. 

Job Requirements
Education & Certification

  • Diploma in business/project management or related subjects are preferred. 

Experience

  • Strong interest in project coordination or relevant experience. 

Other Prerequisites

  • Prior exposure to project management is an advantage. 

  • Team player, flexible, meticulous, and comfortable with fast-paced working environment. 

  • Proactive self-starter, good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
