We are seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer with strong Oil & Gas contracting background. The candidate must have hands-on experience in procurement, subcontract management, and technical evaluation of materials and equipment within maintenance and project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage subcontractor terms and conditions
• Evaluate technical offers from subcontractors and suppliers
• Assess technical specifications of equipment and materials being purchased
• Handle procurement documentation and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS, customs, and shipping documentation
• Monitor minimum stock levels of critical and long-lead items
• Coordinate with project, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• Maintain documentation related to contracts and procurement activities
• Ensure timely sourcing of piping components, scaffolding materials, insulation, and equipment

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field
• Proven experience in Procurement / Contracts department of reputed contractor
• Experience in maintenance contracting environment preferred
• Exposure to subcontract management and vendor coordination

Educational & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional qualification in Procurement preferred
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs, and shipping documentation
• Good knowledge of piping components, scaffolding, insulation, and equipment procurement
• Strong written communication skills
• Fluency in English (Reading and Speaking)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 5,500 – 7,000 per month
• Other benefits as per company policy
