The Contract Executive supports distribution channels by managing cluster initiatives and day-to-day operations, assisting the Director of Agencies.
Responsibilities:
Business Support
- Attend to queries from distribution’s representatives and inter-departmental.
- Documentation for reporting purposes (Coaching / Meeting / Joint field work) is managed to ensure accuracy, quality output, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Providing support to the business development team and the agency force in administrative and business support.
- Monitoring of agency KPIs – accuracy, tracking and reporting
- Adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines for processing functions
- Assist in driving and promoting agency incentives and initiatives.
- Support the business development team by organising and minuting the monthly agency leaders' meeting and briefing.
General Administration
- Distribute and maintain proper records of all agency documents (i.e. coaching form, monthly meeting form)
- Track the completion rate of individual agency representative monitoring documentation (Enhance monitoring requirements)
- Scan, index and maintain all received documentation in the Representatives’ folders.
- Management and dissemination of providers’ announcements/updates
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
Systems
- Participation in system enhancement activities
- Provision and review of system requirements
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the changes implementation and issue logs raised
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to process interdependent functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Agency Business support or channel distribution.
- Possesses a meticulous nature and is good at tracking and monitoring multiple records.
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Energetic and Enthusiastic
- Good understanding of insurance (rules and regulations)
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
