The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department plays a pivotal role in ensuring we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health products, with efficient processes to allow optimal service to our customers. You will be part of the Health Policy Servicing team which handles policy servicing transactions of our IncomeShield plans. You will report to the manager of Policy Servicing team and your key responsibilities include:

• Perform health policy servicing transactions such as Change of plan type; Termination; Change payer; Change payment method, within the expected turnaround time
• Prepare Letters after performing the above transactions
• Conduct check on work done by staff on a regular basis
• Take on projects (within the department or cross department) to improve processes so as to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
• Support in company-wide initiatives such as reviewing of letters, work instructions, forms, system enhancements

Qualifications
• Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the life and/or health insurance industry with its relevant insurance qualifications will be advantageous
• Familiar with the business environment and industry practices of insurance intermediaries on individual life or health
• Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Creative problem solving skills coupled with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Works well in a team
• Able to work extra hours when required
• Able to multi-task and handle various concurrent projects
