Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
  • The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSGC} in {Xiamen China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Identifying and working to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing cases of conflicting priorities.
  • Promoting and leading improvement programs and projects within your own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach.
  • Leading a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement cross function based on database analyze and Monitor.
  • Delivery performance management with target setting and follow-up processes based on clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and quantified facts.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, etc.         
  • Continue improvement or other related fields.         
  • Possess good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments            
  • Result-orientated and very responsible
  • Strong ability to solve conflicts & Data Analyze
