We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this remote role, you will be the voice of our brand, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the cryptocurrency community. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production—from high-level strategy and storytelling to social media engagement—ensuring our brand remains influential and consistent across all digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Storytelling: Lead the planning, drafting, and distribution of high-quality brand content to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand image.
Multi-Channel Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across official websites, social media, community groups, and PR channels to drive brand exposure and user retention.
Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and market "hot topics" to produce timely brand stories, industry analyses, and deep-dive technical articles.
Social Media Management: Oversee content planning and community interaction for global platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to drive multimedia output, including short-form videos, infographics, and long-form articles.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on strategies and improve engagement ROI.
Event Support: Support major brand initiatives, including AMAs, strategic partnerships, and PR campaigns.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand content or content marketing, ideally within the Cryptocurrency or Fintech sectors.
Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and a keen sensitivity to market dynamics.
Content Excellence: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact content.
Platform Proficiency: Proven track record of managing social media communities and implementing growth/interaction strategies.
Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required to manage bilingual content production.
Soft Skills: Strong cross-departmental communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
