Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing and Communication team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with marketing team to create compelling B2B content that aligns with our strategic business goals and engages our target audience across Asia.

We will count on you to:

  • Write and own the quality of regional Marsh and Mercer campaigns across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing business partners, creative services, local market marketing partners, and product managers to set a high bar for overall content development.
  • Lead a small team of regional content marketing specialists based across Asia to ensure quality and consistency of content.
  • Contribute to our content standards and champion best practices.
  • Synthesize internal and external feedback to improve content clarity and quality.
  • Lead SEO keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into digital content.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of communications, marketing, or translation experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with professionalism.
  • A writing portfolio that includes feature articles, ad campaigns, blog posts, and press releases.

  • Demonstrable track record in enterprise journalism or editing experience with an online media, English-language newspaper, or magazine.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese.
