The Content Marketer is responsible for developing and executing strategic content initiatives that drive client engagement, support product positioning, and reinforce the firm’s brand reputation. This role blends marketing management and product marketing expertise, focusing on creating compelling, differentiated content across channels and formats, tailored to diverse client segments. The Content Marketer will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content is aligned with business objectives, regulatory standards, and client needs, while leveraging data and analytics for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
· Define and implement content strategies that articulate the firm’s and product’s value proposition in ways that resonate with target audiences across APAC and EMEA.

· Translate technical investment insights into compelling, benefit-led narratives for various client segments (e.g., institutional, financial intermediaries, end investors).

· Develop and maintain strategic messaging and positioning documents as playbooks for all downstream content and toolkit development.

· Road-test go-to-market (GTM) messaging with client groups and iterate based on feedback and market research.

· Use data and analytics to inform ongoing content iteration (topics, formats, channels) and measure effectiveness against engagement and business KPIs.

· Partner with product, sales, and investment teams to create, review, and update product-specific and thematic messaging, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client feedback.

· Oversee the production and review of product marketing toolkits (brochures, videos, webinars, explainer articles, infographics) for launches and ongoing campaigns.

· Ensure consistency of product messaging across regions, channels, and formats, maintaining alignment with brand and thought leadership positioning.

· Work with product and investment teams to produce market updates, commentaries, and portfolio insights.

· Work with internal search & digital teams to ensure all content assets are SEO-optimized, geo-targeted, and distributed to relevant third-party sites for maximum visibility.

· Ensure all content reinforces the firm’s reputation and positions the firm as an authority in investment and wealth management.

· Maintain alignment with broader thought leadership and brand initiatives.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.

· 10+ years’ experience in content marketing, product marketing, or marketing content creation within financial services or asset management.

· Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

· Strong project management skills; experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

· A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and multi-channel content distribution.

· Proven ability to create and execute strong content creation across multiple formats and for different channels

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and Cantonese proficiency would be an advantage).

· Ability to work collaboratively and influence across teams and senior leadership

· Experience with regulatory requirements for financial marketing content is a plus.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
