About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition training program as a trainee. This program is designed to equip aspiring consultants and business users with foundational knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems, focusing on modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Sourcing & Procurement (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Joule AI. Trainees will engage in hands-on learning experiences that emphasize a Fit-to-Standard approach.

- Structured training and OJT across any of the core S/4HANA modules.
- Real-time exercises using SAP Fiori Launchpad and cloud sandbox environments.
- Exposure to agile project delivery and SAP Activate methodology.
- Learning system configuration, extensibility options, analytics, and user access.
- Training on cloud mindset adoption and clean core principles.
- Participation in mock Fit-to-Standard workshops / testing cycles etc.
- Regular evaluations to track learning progress and engagement.
- Opportunities to provide feedback and contribute to course content improvements
- Foundational training on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to help you understand and set up basic system integrations.
Key Learning Objectives
- Understand the functional roles and responsibilities within SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Gain foundational knowledge of FI/ MM /SD/Joule AI modules and their business processes.
- Learn SAP best practices and application usage through guided sessions.
- Participate in hands-on labs simulating end-to-end business scenarios.
- Acquire basic skills in identity and access management, integrations, and data loading.
- Experience testing simulations (UAT, integration testing) and project lifecycle concepts.
- Receive mentoring and feedback to support professional development.
- Maintain personal learning records, assessments, and progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a Degree/Diploma in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or other relevant courses like Business Infotechnology.
- Interest in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules (FI/MM/SD).
- Willingness to learn technical and functional content in a structured environment.
- Enthusiasm for cloud ERP deployment and Fit-to-Standard implementation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and collaborate with peers.
- Curiosity about SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and agile delivery.
