About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Agentic Intelligence (AI) training program as a trainee. This program is designed to equip aspiring consultants and specialists with foundational knowledge of Agentic Automation, focusing on AI agents, robots and technology platforms from market leaders UiPath, Blue Prism, Xceptor, Microsoft and Prodigy. Trainees will engage in hands-on learning experiences that emphasize a practical approach to problem solving and solution development.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform cross-functional roles across business analysis, automation development, agentic AI development, and production support.
- Identify, assess, and define RPA, AI and agentic use cases by analyzing business needs, functional requirements, and opportunities for process optimization, redesign, or reengineering.
- Gather requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, and design, develop, test, deploy, and document robotic process and workflow automation as well as AI and agentic solutions.
- Produce detailed, accurate and key project and solution documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, as-is and to-be processes, solution designs, prompt engineering, decision logic, and testing artefacts.
- Engage stakeholders and customers to drive successful adoption of automation and AI solutions, ensuring alignment to business objectives and operational readiness.
- Apply best practices in solution design, implementation, testing, governance, and support across RPA, AI and agentic initiatives.
- Monitor, maintain, and support the successful execution of deployed automations and AI solutions, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and timely remediation to minimize business disruption.
- Support project delivery by assisting in planning, scope definition, timeline tracking, progress monitoring, and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree from recognised university with good GPA.
- Interested in Automation and AI as applied in the real world.
