Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting or senior advisory role focused on enterprise-scale, sales transformation and tool enablement.
- At Least 5 years of related experience with Salesforce - CRM implementations
- Prior experience as the project manager on at least 2 end-to-end Sales or service.
- Background as a functional application specialist in CRM engagements is a plus.
- Great experience with estimating planning and functional solutioning, project management and full life cycle delivery.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration internally and with stakeholders.
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both client engagement and solution delivery.
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
