Role Overview:
Entry-level professional responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, supporting project execution, and contributing to client deliverables under guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
Support development of client presentations and reports.
Assist in problem-solving and solution design.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2–5 years consulting or relevant industry experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication
Banking: Good to have banking project experience – can be financial institution agnostic
Insurance: Has worked on insurance projects within consulting firms or worked in the insurance industry to support strategic, transformation, technology implementation and/or process optimization projects.
Candidates who have done similar work in other industries but are keen to progress in insurance domain are welcome to apply.
WAM: Supports WAM projects through analysis, benchmarking, and client deliverable development.
