Responsibilities:
- Analyse client needs and advise on the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & health IT solutions
- Provide oversight on testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
- Facilitate workflow redesign sessions and drive key change management activities
- Identify and recommend Epic system enhancements and optimization opportunities by assessing current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience
- Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes for compliance, security, and data integrity, contributing to risk mitigation plans and recommending improvements
- Utilize Epic data and analytics to develop actionable insights, identify performance improvement areas, and support clients in tracking progress towards achieving value from their EMR investment
- Manage specific workstreams within client engagements
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at the project level
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by staying current with Epic advancements and relevant Singaporean healthcare trends
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices
- Leverage core project management skills and best practices across a diverse range of client engagements, including both Epic-specific transformations and other strategic initiatives within the Singapore market
Qualifications:
- Possess at least 1 Epic certification
- Prior exposure within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
