How do we work?

Hello Compliance Experts!

As part of our global Compliance Department, our Singapore-based APAC Compliance Team is looking for someone to drive our testing framework forward. Working alongside our AML Teams and reporting to the Singapore Compliance Head, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle. You won't just follow rules - you’ll design the methodologies, challenge existing controls, and partner with business units to build smarter ones. From identifying risks to delivering strategic reports to senior management and the Boards, you will have a real impact.

We work in a hybrid model - we would love to meet you in the office 2 days a week with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain OANDA APAC (Australia, Singapore) compliance obligations register, linking regulations to corresponding policies and procedures (P&Ps).

  • Create and execute plans to test specific controls, identifying and investigating non-adherence to P&Ps.

  • Coordinate with departments to resolve compliance gaps and track remediation processes through to completion.

  • Report test findings to the Head of Compliance for management and Board oversight and quality assurance.

  • Document test results systematically to pinpoint common areas requiring additional staff training.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Min. 4 years of hands-on experience of Audit/Compliance Testing but impact matters more than years.

  • Fluent English.

  • Familiarity with MS Excel.

  • Highly driven, organized and possess ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, motivated and able to manage timelines independently.

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of relevant MAS and ASIC regulations.

  • Previous experience in a Financial sector.

Your perspective matters. We encourage you to apply even if you are hesitant about meeting every single qualification. We are excited to see what you can bring to the team!
