What you’ll do

As a Compliance Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our regulatory and operational frameworks. Your responsibilities include:

  • Research and track changes in regional financial regulations to ensure the bank remains ahead of industry standards.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance monitoring systems and internal databases.

  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure new features are built with compliance and heart at the center.

  • \Help identify potential regulatory risks and contribute to the creation of mitigation strategies.

  • suggest improvements to existing workflows to increase efficiency and precision in our reporting.

What you’ll need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Comfort working with digital tools and an interest in how fintech platforms operate.
