The Compliance team is the guardian of the Bank’s integrity and trust. We don't just follow the rules; we build the frameworks that make innovation possible. What you’ll do
As a Compliance Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our regulatory and operational frameworks. Your responsibilities include:
Research and track changes in regional financial regulations to ensure the bank remains ahead of industry standards.
Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance monitoring systems and internal databases.
Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure new features are built with compliance and heart at the center.
\Help identify potential regulatory risks and contribute to the creation of mitigation strategies.
suggest improvements to existing workflows to increase efficiency and precision in our reporting.
What you’ll need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences.
Comfort working with digital tools and an interest in how fintech platforms operate.
