Assists the pastry chef and team with preparing, producing, and presenting pastries, baked goods, and desserts. Ensures compliance with hotel quality, hygiene, sanitation, and service standards. Requires a professional pastry diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, a food hygiene and sanitation certificate, strong organization and attention to detail, and full availability. Candidates may be required to complete and pass a practical test during the interview.
En tant que Commis Pâtisserie (H/F), vous serez responsable d’assister le chef pâtissier et son équipe dans la préparation, la réalisation et la présentation des produits de pâtisserie, de boulangerie et des desserts, tout en respectant les standards de qualité, d'hygiène et de service de l'hôtel.
Qualifications- Doit détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles en Pâtisserie, ou l’équivalent;
- Doit posséder un minimum de 2 années d’expérience pertinente;
- Avoir le sens du détail, de l’organisation et de la planification;
- Doit détenir son certificat en hygiène et salubrité ;
- Être disponible en tout temps.
- Un test pourra être soumis lors de l’entrevue et devra être réussi.
