About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting our organization's strategic projects, particularly within the dynamic landscape of blockchain technology. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product and legal, you'll be instrumental in facilitating key initiatives to propel project success.
What You Will Do- Manage end-to-end account configuration, client setup, and onboarding workflows to ensure a frictionless transition from prospect to active merchant.
- Facilitate ongoing project management for key initiatives across Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate directly with Data and Finance teams to establish accurate pricing models, run custom billing setups, and manage client invoicing.
- Take full ownership of critical commercial documentation, including the API Merchant Master List, billing revenue trackers, and client interaction logs.
- Create and refine customized pitch decks, sales presentations, and product sheets to directly support the commercial team in closing strategic deals.
- Perform in-depth research on market movements, emerging blockchain trends, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy and partnership targeting.
- Run regular performance analyses on client usage, overall revenue trends, and contribution margins to identify potential account expansion opportunities.
- Lead follow-through on internal and external brainstorming sessions by translating broad strategic concepts into actionable project plans with clear accountabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience (including high-impact internships) in tech, fintech, financial services, or management consulting.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, back-office account setup, client onboarding workflows, and revenue tracking methods.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience evaluating client metrics, market trends, and financial reports using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional leads and external clients.
- A genuine passion for and functional knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and emerging fintech solution.
