HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving commercial performance across the Singapore, ASEAN, and Malaysia markets. You will achieve this through robust performance analysis, insightful reporting, and close collaboration with the Commercial team to translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies. Working directly with the Commercial Director, you will also lead and contribute to key strategic projects, including the development of high-impact presentations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Support business objectives by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial, client, and product domains, providing a holistic 360-degree view of performance.
  • Lead the digitalization and automation of critical sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for executive committees, commercial, client, marketing departments, and boutiques (e.g., leveraging Google Looker).
  • Develop and implement performance management tools, dashboards and governance routines to support business steering and decision making.
  • Prepare clear, insight-led executive presentations and recommendations for strategic reviews, HQ visits, and retail partner discussions.
  • Analyze initiatives results versus objectives on a frequent basis, establishing a circular feedback loop for identifying sales growth opportunities and recommending future improvements.
  • Support the Commercial Director and building and embedding a robust commercial management practice.
  • Consolidation of commercial planning and forecasting across subsidiaries, including budget, latest estimates and 3Y plan assumptions, in close partnership with Finance.
  • Coordination of performance reviews and resulting action plans across markets.
  • Strong interface with the Regional Commercial Performance team to ensure alignment on KPIs, planning frameworks and reporting standards, while facilitating the exchange of best practices.

Business development & Strategic projects

  • Drive the development of short, medium, and long-term sales forecasts for retail, wholesale, and E-commerce channels across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Brunei.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities, formulate comprehensive commercial action plans, and rigorously analyze initiative results against defined objectives.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Commercial Network plan.
  • Act as a major contributor to the creation of various commercial presentations, including the annual Market Action Plan.
  • Collaborate on and/or lead cross-functional studies and Cartier action plans, ensuring consistent execution across departments.
  • Lead the commercial aspects for brief, scorecards, and CAR preparation, ensuring timely submission.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments,
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders.
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and proficient in Reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence
  • Motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and thrive in working with data & database universe.
