Job Description

The CapitaLand Commercial Management (Singapore) Graduate Programme nurtures ambitious fresh graduates and provides growth and personal development opportunities for you to kickstart and grow your career in the real estate industry. Choose between the Commercial Management (Singapore) Graduate Programme and the Commercial Management (Singapore) Operations Graduate Programme to embark on a transformative journey towards your career success.

Track 1 – Commercial Management (Singapore) Graduate Programme

Over a 15-month period, the Commercial Management (Singapore) Graduate Programme provides an exciting learning journey featuring 3 rotations across various asset classes (Commercial, Business Park & Industrial and Retail) and functions. This program is designed to provide successful candidates with the exposure, skills, knowledge and holistic understanding of various aspects of the business.

• Programme Start Date: 1 July 2026
• Length of programme: 15 months
• Rotations: 2 rotations of 4 months and 1 rotation of 7 months
• Experience: Hands-on involvement across diverse departments

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be deployed to a role within Commercial Management (Singapore). Rotations and deployment may include but are not limited to asset classes and/or job functions such as Asset Management, Leasing, Marketing, Operations, etc.

We are looking for all-rounders who are agile, adaptable, and eager to gain diverse experience across different job functions/roles.  You should be ready to take on challenges, grow with the business, and develop into a well-rounded commercial leader.

Track 2 – Commercial Management (Singapore) Operations Graduate Programme

Over a 12-month period, the Commercial Management (Singapore) Operations Graduate Programme provides a focused developmental experience with rotations across our various Operations teams in Commercial, Retail, Business Park & Industrial asset classes.  You will work closely with experienced Operations leaders, gain exposure to various operational functions, and develop the operational insights needed to grow into a future leader within our organisation.

• Programme Start Date: 1 July 2026
• Length of programme: 12 months
• Rotations: 3 rotations of 4 months
• Experience: Hands-on involvement across various Operations functions

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be deployed to a role within one of the Commercial Management (Singapore) Operations Functions.

• Recognised Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent, with less than one year of working experience.
• Possess analytical, problem-solving, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent self-starter and team player.
• High learning agility.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills

Do note that the rotation assignments will be subject to change and will depend on the needs and requirements of the Company at the time of rotation.
