  • Manage performance analytics for designated commercial areas by maintaining KPI frameworks, scorecards and dashboards and supporting regular business review cadences.
  • Diagnose performance drivers, identify opportunities and risks, translate findings into clear recommendations, and track agreed actions and business impact.
  • Deliver selected RGM use cases, such as promotional effectiveness and ROI, pricing analysis, portfolio/mix and assortment productivity, MSL performance, and commercial investment effectiveness.
  • Integrate internal and external market, category, customer and competitor data, where available, to strengthen commercial decisions.
  • Structure and answer priority business questions through diagnostic analysis across GTM, channel, customer and innovation initiatives.
  • Evaluate commercial initiatives and improve dashboards from business requirements through adoption and ongoing enhancement.
  • Standardize KPI and data definitions, document reusable analytical approaches and playbooks, and improve reporting consistency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, Retail Excellence, CRM and Data Science, contributing business context and independently owning assigned analysis through recommendations and adoption.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on analytical capability, including advanced Excel and practical experience with SQL and a BI or visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical hypotheses, KPIs, success metrics, and a structured workplan.

  • Ability to assess data quality, validate analytical outputs, and distinguish evidence from assumptions.

  • Strong commercial acumen, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels. Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer health, FMCG, retail, eCommerce, pharmaceuticals, or another data-rich commercial environment.

  • Experience with RGM, pricing, promotional effectiveness, portfolio/mix, assortment, or commercial investment analysis.

  • Experience supporting recurring business performance reviews, KPI governance, dashboard product ownership, or action tracking.

  • Experience using market, category, customer, shopper, or brand health data to generate commercial recommendations.

  • Experience partnering with Data Scientists or advanced analytics teams, with the ability to understand analytical methods, assumptions, and limitations.
