Traineeship Project Description:
Drive digital transformation initiatives within the sourcing and materials management function by leveraging data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, enhance supply continuity, and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supplier base.
Key Deliverables
- Enhanced sourcing database and analytics capability.
- Increased dual/multi-source coverage for critical materials.
- Improved supplier allocation strategy and supply resilience.
- Verified FAI compliance for new sourcing opportunities.
- Identified and executed material cost-saving initiatives.
Desired Skills Required:
- Undergraduate student pursuing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in supply chain operations and digital transformation.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
