In this role, you will work closely with the agency in conversion of sales opportunities, monitoring the sales activities and be the intermediary to the operation functions. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head of Business Development to build an effective and productive Agency channel.Job Description:
Lead a team Business Development Managers and is accountable for the KPIs and development of the team
Work closely with Business Performance Team in developing cluster campaigns and new channels for agencies to acquire customers such as roadshows, digital leads generation, associations, networking events.
Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation
Drive sales through identified key performance indicators and strategic objectives
Implement sales management strategies to improve texture of the business
Assist Financial Consultants and Agency Leaders to achieve their production through seminars, campaign, sales training, objections handling, sharing of best practice by top producer
Conduct quarterly cluster update, recognition and organize strategic initiatives to drive production, service and compliance
Work closely with designated underwriter and AML team on underwriting requirement especially for HNW/Affluent cases
Manage stakeholders by fostering clear communication internally and externally
Work with internal stakeholders to leverage on digital and media to reach out to new customer segment

CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications is preferred

Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
