The Cloud Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing critical projects, and improving service excellence in the team.
- Ops The candidates will have to be responsible for the team, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly, critical projects/apps are prioritised and escalations handled appropriately. The lead should also proactively promote service excellence by identifying strategies that can be adapted and scaled to drive operational efficiency across the team.
- Minimum qualification: Tertiary Education in a technology discipline, AWS Solution Architect Associate level certification, 3 year working experience in a similar setting would be preferred.

- Knowledge
- Mandatory: Reasonable amount of AWS knowledge/experience (all the candidates AWS knowledge is too low)
- Mandatory: Some troubleshooting flair.
- Bonus: Relevant knowledge/experience on Jenkins/Bitbucket/Python is a bonus.
