Role Description
We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic experienced Sales professional with knowledge of technology and proven B2B/and or B2C sales and account management experience! You will be selling our Commerce Cloud across a regionally aligned portfolio of accounts. As a Cloud Account Executive, you will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and carry quota for the product sales to develop business opportunities and revenue growth:
Your Impact:
Our Cloud Specialist Sales team covering ASEAN across a range of Enterprise and Commercial customers. We are looking for Cloud Account Executives (sellers) who are passionate about and want to get involved in the power of Commerce Cloud offering. As a Cloud Account Executive, you will leverage the untapped potential of Commerce Cloud by partnering with existing account owners (Core Account Executives) and be responsible for achieving a dedicated quota for Commerce Cloud product sales.
You will formulate and implement a strategic sales approach within an assigned region, driving revenue growth by penetrating the existing customer base and developing new opportunities, positioning the incredible value of key Commerce Cloud solutions. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor across multiple industry, you will work closely with customers to deeply understand their unique challenges and goals, identify opportunities where our Commerce Cloud solution can help them achieve their business objectives, and blaze new trails within their organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter and industry expert when it comes to top ASEAN companies.
  • Own the sales cycle for including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure.
  • Educate the broader Account team you’ll work with on all Salesforce Digital capabilities.
  • Create and drive revenue within a specified list of accounts.
  • Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Passion for selling transformative software or technology solutions to C-level executives.
  • You have experience in software or technology sales, account management and software sales in Enterprise and large organizations
  • You have a point of view of industry trends, and you can build a narrative of digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Consistent track record of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and working in a team environment.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment in high-growth mode.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
  • A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving daring goals.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce's Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud solutions are preferred
