Job Description:

The role is responsible for building and managing strong relationships with key accounts in Singapore while providing expert clinical support for the Biosense Webster portfolio. This position plays a critical role in driving business growth through account‑based planning, leading clinical support activities, and supporting the adoption of new technologies and products.

The incumbent will focus on developing long‑term, trust‑based customer partnerships while positioning Johnson & Johnson as the preferred and trusted partner in Electrophysiology.

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Business Unit Manager, Biosense Webster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering strong customer relationships, clinical product support, and value‑added services.
  • Provide expert clinical support for 3D mapping procedures across Singapore.
  • Drive adoption and demand for 3D mapping technologies by effectively leveraging clinical evidence and outcomes data.
  • Identify business development opportunities to drive unit growth, profitability, and market share within assigned key accounts.
  • Support improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery through education and training for clinicians and technical staff, where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely account information, reports, and customer records.
  • Continuously strengthen product knowledge to deliver differentiated service and value versus competitors.
  • Partner closely with Marketing teams to support new product launches, meetings, and training initiatives.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for Electrophysiology (EP) Technicians.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Biosense Webster products, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and nurture proctors and clinical advocates within the Biosense Webster portfolio and focus segments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Education Manager to support effective execution of Professional and Commercial Education (ProfEd & CommEd) activities.
  • Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure launch readiness and execute post‑launch measurements within the assigned territory.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance in accordance with the Johnson & Johnson Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably within Electrophysiology or Cardiology.
  • Experience as an EP Technician with hands‑on Electrophysiology exposure is preferred.
  • CEPIA (Australia) and/or IBHRE certification is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work extended and irregular hours, including weekends, as required.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
  • Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, openness to learning, strong attention to detail, and a desire for continuous growth.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
