Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the clinical and commercial marketing strategy for Masimo’s Brain Function Monitoring and Hemodynamics portfolio across Southeast Asia. The Clinical Marketing Manager is the regional subject matter expert, combining clinical insights, market intelligence, and commercial strategy to drive product adoption, expand the market, and sustain revenue growth.

This role partners closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to execute successful product launches, support updates to existing products, and ensure alignment between clinical value propositions and commercial objectives. Key responsibilities include product positioning, pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, development of sales enablement materials, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that deliver consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.

The Clinical Marketing Manager is also accountable for designing and delivering structured training programs for internal sales teams, clinical specialists, and distributor partners to strengthen product knowledge, clinical competency, and launch readiness across the region. Through engagement with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and strategic accounts, the role identifies unmet clinical needs, gathers market feedback, and prioritizes product enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders to accelerate adoption and maximize the portfolio’s long-term growth potential.

Minimum Requirements:   

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, clinical, and nursing

  • Strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently.

  • High proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry. 

  • Experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, or relevant clinical roles such as Cardiac ICU or Critical Care nursing.

  • Prior experience with marketing or commercial teams.

  • Strong familiarity with product development lifecycle.

  • Comfortable with the FDA and international medical device regulatory processes.

  • Knowledge of clinical monitoring devices or experience in the clinical field.

  • Ability to understand technical information and communicate its benefits.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Experience (R.N or R.R.T), or a related discipline required.

 

Desired Training, Experience, and Characteristics:

  1. Minimum three years of experience in a marketing / Clinical management role within an organization. Must be a mature, thinking, and acting professional with good common sense and judgment, and a broad business perspective with outstanding administrative skills.

  2. Must be results-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done.

  3. Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations. Must be sensitive to the constraints of a "start-up" operation and capable of working effectively in such an environment, and possess the flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.

  4. Marketing experience for multiple product lines. 

  5. Sales Training experience.

  6. Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence.

  7. Must be a self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.   

  8. Must be PC literate, have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills.

 

Physical Requirements/Work Environment 

 

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking.  Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.  May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.  Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
