We are seeking a talented Client Success Manager to join our world-class support team.

This role leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with 4 days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Expertly manage a portfolio of accounts by developing relationships, managing stakeholders and identifying advocates
  • Identify opportunities for the customer to further leverage Currenxie products and services across all of their lines of business and entire environment
  • Be proactive in strengthening existing client relationships to expand usage, and up-sell products and services
  • Anticipate customer requirements and challenges, work towards a (re)solution by acting on data-driven insights and strategic knowledge
  • Maintain and exceed volume, revenue, and customer retention targets

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SMEs/Enterprise to build profitable partnerships
  • Experience in eCommerce or FinTech is a plus
  • Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth
  • Comfortable in fast paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
