Job Description

Responsibilities:

Study Co-ordination

1. Manages and co-ordinates all technical and service aspects of a project; ranging from discussion with clients/Global Project Manager on the development of the project specifications, documentation aspect of setting up project and management of all project related activities through to project completion.

2. Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are as per study requirements.

3. Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together to meet the client and study requirements

4. Working with Client to finalize logistics requirements

5. Organize and delivery of training to other Fisher member where appropriate 6. Timely provision of reports and other information to clients as the need arises

7. Provide input into the writing and review of departmental SOPs

8. Participate in client meetings, investigator meetings, teleconferences where appropriate

9. Participation in cross functional business process improvement activities as the need arises

10. To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard

11. Assist management in any other matters as the need arises.

12. Ensure that all study shipments requested are released according to contractual and country requirements.

13. Co-ordination of study returns request in accordance with project requirements

Project Budgets

1. Enter project budgets and forecasts and backlog reports

2. Perform billing/invoicing activities for allocated

Pre-requisite:

1. Degree or diploma in scientific or health care field /business studies or related.

2. Experience in Project Management, Customer Service, Logistics

3. Possess leadership skill Computer literate

4. Good written and verbal skills
