Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer Marsh Benefits Singapore. This role will be based in our Singapore office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Mercer Marsh Benefits supports clients with the management of employee benefits, costs and related people risks across global markets. As a Client Relationship Manager, Global Benefits Management Singapore, you will manage client portfolios, support renewals and help deliver advice and reporting that strengthen client relationships and business outcomes.

We will count on you to:

  • Plan and execute client strategies that support retention, revenue growth and portfolio performance
  • Understand client business profiles, risk exposures, requirements and expectations, and provide recommendations on insurance and flexible benefits programmes
  • Present benchmarking data, claims analysis and market insights to support the renewal process
  • Manage renewals end to end, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures, and coordinating the collection of required documents
  • Review policy contracts, endorsements and invoices to check accuracy
  • Maintain accurate global benefits system updates, internal financial reporting and premium or fee collection
  • Build collaborative relationships with regional and local support teams and identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell relevant services

What you need to have:

  • Prior experience in the employee benefits segment within the broking or insurance industry
  • Experience in health and benefits consulting or client management
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with good problem-solving and interpersonal capability
  • Experience working effectively across borders in a team environment
  • MAS qualification required for this role
