Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing and developing a defined portfolio of clients while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and commercially effective services. You will act as a central point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing end‑to‑end service delivery, safeguarding revenue, and identifying opportunities for growth. The position requires strong relationship management, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet client expectations and uphold IQ‑EQ’s standards of excellence.
What you'll do
- You’ll manage and grow an assigned client portfolio by safeguarding revenue, deepening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities while representing IQ‑EQ as “one company.”
- You’ll ensure full compliance with client requirements—including quality, timelines, legal/regulatory standards, and internal risk frameworks—while translating client needs into On‑Time and In‑Full (OTIF) delivery across teams.
- You’ll act as the primary point of contact for complex issues, providing high‑quality billable advisory support, preparing proposals, and leading multi‑department or multi‑jurisdiction teams to win or expand business.
- You’ll collaborate closely with Business Developers and operational teams (Fund Accounting, Corporate Secretary, etc.) to maintain seamless service delivery and support the conversion of prospects.
- You’ll manage the full financial and contractual client lifecycle—including cash collection, invoice validation, performance analysis, and risk identification—while renegotiating agreements when needed to protect profitability.

- You hold a Master’s/BAC+5 degree in (Corporate) Law, Business Administration, or a related field, and bring a minimum of 5 years’ private equity experience within financial services, including managing technically complex and high‑risk clients and onboarding sophisticated high‑risk structures.
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of client needs, and proven expertise in at least one core IQ‑EQ service area, complemented by hands‑on experience with compliance, due diligence, and service delivery to large corporates and unregulated AIFs.
- You excel in senior client service or operational roles—such as Client Services Director or Operations Director—with a track record of delivering results, taking ownership, and providing innovative, tailored solutions to client challenges.
- You communicate effectively, with fluency in English and an Asian language, and are highly proficient in producing clear, detailed, and creative proposals, quotes, and client documentation while maintaining disciplined follow‑up and organization.
- You possess strong knowledge of IQ‑EQ’s service offerings, stay well‑organized in managing actions and agreements, and consistently drive outcomes through a results‑oriented, solutions‑focused mindset.
