The NTT Data APAC Client Coverage Model is designed to maximize wallet share through a dual-engine approach. We distinguish between high-touch, senior-led strategic accounts (Focused) and agile, expert-driven specialized sales (Transactional). This ensures that senior leadership is dedicated to complex, multi-practice relationships while maintaining high velocity in specialized practice areas.

The Focused Client Model

The Focused tier represents our most strategic partnerships, requiring deep integration and a unified "One NTT Data" approach.

The Client Executive (CE) Role

The CE is the most senior leader responsible for the entire NTT Data footprint within an account.

  • Total Accountability: Responsible for the total relationship and the full P&L (measured as Revenue and Gross Profit).
  • Strategic Planning: Must maintain and evolve a Client Account Plan that maps NTT Data solutions directly to identified client challenges to grow wallet share.
  • Cross-Practice Mandate: Expected to represent and sell the full breadth of NTT Data practices.

You'll manage and grow relationships by leveraging strategic thinking and advanced planning skills, coordinating with our global network of offices to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your focus will include meeting revenue and margin targets while minimizing client churn and maximizing retention.
You would require Strong sales business acumen, with a focus on planning and leveraging tools to meet business requirements.
  • Proven skills in client engagement and management throughout the client lifecycle to improve relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Deep knowledge of NTT DATA's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
  • Ability to identify and advance opportunities at assigned clients and prospects.
  • Extensive experience in global partner management and sales environments, with a focus on business development.
  • Capability to drive alignment to a common vision across multiple stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills, and influence team members to achieve short- to medium-term goals.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
