Job Description

Are you passionate about luxury goods, exceptional customer experiences, and the art of storytelling? Do you have a flair for connecting with discerning clients and helping them find timeless treasures? If so, we’d love for you to join our team at Carousell Luxury, the premier destination for pre-loved luxury.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our store, embodying the elegance and professionalism that our brand represents. Your role is to build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service while sharing your expertise in luxury fashion, accessories, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service to create memorable shopping experiences.

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and relationship management.

  • Stay up-to-date with current luxury trends and share product knowledge with clients.

  • Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a luxurious and inviting environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold the brand’s values.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or client-facing roles.

  • A strong passion for luxury goods and an understanding of high-end brands.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
